6818 Carob Dr New Port Richey, FL 34653

Listing details for 6818 Carob Dr, New Port Richey, FL 34653 : INVESTOR SPECIAL: CASH ONLY. Most of the major work is already done. This 2 bed, 1 bath home has a new roof (2025), a new water heater (2026) and a new electrical panel. The full septic system was replaced around 2010. It's also in Flood Zone X-500, outside FEMA's high-risk flood area. With those big items handled, a lot of the usual risk on a cash fixer is gone. The home currently uses a wall and a window unit for AC, so adding central A/C plus cosmetic updates is your path to a higher resale value or rent. The home sits on nearly a third of an acre with a fully fenced backyard, which appeals to pet owners, families and future tenants. A large enclosed sunroom looks out over the yard and gives you extra living space without the cost of building it. This could work as a flip, a long-term rental or a buy-and-hold. Cash offers only. The property is being sold as-is. Bring your vision and your contractor, and schedule your showing today. No blind offers will be accepted.
